What warranty do speakers have?

Every eight audio speakers come with a 5-year warranty for your peace of mind.

What about amplifiers warranty?

Amplifiers and active subwoofers come with a 1-year warranty for quality assurance.

What are not covered in warranty?

Damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, violence, tampering with or unauthorized access to/servicing of any part of the product.

How to claim warranty?

To claim warranty for your Eight Audio product, contact our support team with your invoice and issue details - we’ll guide you through the verification and service process.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Currently, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the standard terms provided.

Out of warranty service

If your Eight Audio product is in need of service but is out of warranty, don’t hesitate to contact us anyway. We can make an estimate as to costs of the repair. We accept only prepayment for out-of-warranty service.
