Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy is applicable only to products purchased as “Online Exclusive” items on the Eight Audio website and shipped directly from Eight Audio to the customer.

Products fulfilled through our authorized dealer network are not covered under this policy and are subject to dealer-specific terms.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for online-exclusive products under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and original invoice are included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Custom-built or made-to-order products or custom colours
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Items without original packaging or missing components

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Share images/videos (if applicable) for verification
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers may be required to ship the product back securely to our designated address.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

Eight Audio reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection and verification.
